Description
I called Hertz using a number I found online. The man who answered, David, told me they only accept prepaid visa gift cards as payment. I got the card andcalled him back to give him the numbers. I gave him $330. He said they would deliver thecar to me. It never came, they kept changing the delivery times but nothing ever came. I tried to call David back and his number was no longer in service.
