I pre-ordered some Magic the Gathering: Final Fantasy collector booster boxes and commander decks back in February of this year. I immediately received a confirmation email that my order was placed and that the product would be delivered to me when the set released later this year in June. The release date came and went and I didn't hear anything from the vendor. I emailed the owner and called and texted the only phone number on the site for weeks and never heard back. They left my text messages on read and had a full voicemail so I couldn't leave any. Three weeks after the set released, the vendor updated their site with a message that said they would no longer be replying to any messages or calls to their phone because they were too busy. The message also says that they will be filling orders when they can, but that didn't happen. Two weeks later, I received an email that my order had been cancelled and I would be refunded. I have yet to get back a penny of my money. I have a friend a couple of friends who had the same thing happen to them with this vendor. One who doesn't live in Texas has also got no response. One who does live in Texas did receive his product (I'm guessing because he could more easily go to the store and confront the owner).
