Description
I got an email with the subject line "Thanks" from United Healthcare. (I have just signed up for UHC Medicare prescription plan.) If I take a survey, I have the chance for a dental kit worth $550.00. All I have to do is pay shipping. I took the survey and was asked for a credit card to pay for shipping. It sounded too good to be true, so I searched online to see if this is a scam. A number of people on Reddit said that they lost their shipping money.
