Hello! Your 1st pack will be sent soon! The purpose of the training package is for you to be familiar with the dash The tentative delivery date will be shown on your dash (PACKAGES PAGE). This date is still not guaranteed. Please monitor the item/s still by clicking on the tracking numbers. No need to call every time you do not have the item. If the delivery date is DELAYED, there is no need to report as we also monitor all shipments. Delayed deliveries are normal. Please take note that we are NOT UPS/USPS/FedEx. Their delivery schedules are beyond our control. Please check the steps on how to report your 1st pack below. See sample photo attached too. HOW TO REPORT YOUR 1st PACK? : 1. Log-in on your dash 2. Go to "PACKAGES". The tab can be found on the left side of your screen. 3. ACCEPT THE TASK first by clicking on the button. Mark the item as "RECEIVED" once delivered. If the item is not on hand/delivered yet, no need to mark it as received. The status is defaulted to "NOT RECEIVED" > Open the packaging as neatly as possible. You may have to RE-USE it when sending the item< See sample photo attached. 4. Upload the picture of the JEWELRY by clicking on the "PHOTO" button 5. Refresh the page. 6. Request the "OUTGOING SHIPPING LABEL" 7. Wait for the label to become available. Please remember that the labels will not be posted right away. Once it is available, you should see a " DOWNLOAD" button on the OUTGOING LABEL COLUMN. That is how you will print it, by downloading the label 1st. Please print the label on a regular paper and tape it on the pouch or box that you need to ship out. You will know where to go to send the item/s as it will be indicated on the label (if the label is for UPS GROUND, FedEx Ground or USPS) *Please never confuse UPS with USPS* and never use a DROP BOX.
