I purchased some cat origami paper off of instagram from an ad called Reliableof. The paper was advertised as $12.99 and I was immediately charged $38.14. I did not receive an email confirmation. I emailed the [email protected] listed on their website to cancel and received a reply that I must have the wrong company. I had taken a screenshot of the item ordered and the url at the top, so I sent that back to them and said I know I have the right company and that I want a refund. Of course, I have not heard back from them. I notified my bank, but the charge had already gone through. I will contest it in 14 days, as the bank requested. Total scam!
