Description
I am writing on behalf of my mother. She received an EOB from the insurance company that provides her Medicare Advantage/ Retirement benefits plan. Centennial Med Supply had billed for SIX dates of service between April and September 2025, at $2,250.00 each. Medicare paid out more than $13,000, and the EOB noted “Provider May Bill You $2,700.00”. My mother has NEVER needed durable medical equipment, nor have any of us heard of Centennial— we live on the East Coast, and this company is based in Denver, CO.
