I supposedly purchased three tarot pendants on neck chains through a video on Facebook. The information when I purchased said they shipped from Heidelberg Mississippi USA and were handmade in the USA. The purchase invoice that showed up on my PayPal account was from Jana Trading Co, Limited. They had added a tax to the purchase amount on the purchase invoice which I refuted. There is no sales tax in the state in the state I live in and they did reimburse the tax to my PayPal account. All emails were from [email protected]. There was a tracking link that went to a tracking company called Core Business. The tracking information showed the package shipping from Poland, customs information, then arriving in the United States, more custom information, never a city listed after departure in Poland until it showed it arriving at my mailbox on September 30th. What I received on September 30th was a five or six inch padded envelope badly damaged with a USPS tracking number on it, which was also damaged, return address on the envelope was from Gichael Lichael, 20 W 21 ST, Los Angeles, California, 90007. I sent photos of the envelope and refuted having received merchandise to [email protected] and have had poorly written arguments in response, the last one offered me $9 to compensate me. The initial purchase charges included a $1.10 for "insurance".
