The Issue: On or about 10/16/25 at 9:20pm I won $2,500 in Sweepstakes Coins (SC) on the Richsweeps platform and submitted a redemption request. The company has refused to process this redemption, ceased communication regarding the payout, and is denying me access to my legitimate winnings. The casino's refusal is without merit and is directly contradicted by their own prior actions and communications. I possess evidence proving my account is compliant and eligible: I have successfully redeemed funds from my account previously. Specifically, I successfully requested and received a $150 SC redemption on 10/17/25 around 12:30pm. This action verifies that my identity (KYC), address, banking details, and gameplay were all compliant with their rules.
