I found a business that does logo online called Custom Design Genius. I paid for a package that came with multiple revisions, business cards, with a complimentary three page website although I know how to websites myself. In addition, they lured me into getting it trade mark and copies rights in 50 states by saying as a business owner you need to protect your business. I paid for the services and since then, I’ve been told to cease and desist using my logo or pay attorney cost and fees for the logo. I’ve paid to use the logo and got it trademark with USPTO but they still keep calling me from different numbers, threatening me and now sending me emails. I need to know what to do because I feel harassed and it is causing me to stress by saying the logo I’ve been using for my business is now in jeopardy, although I did everything right and paid. I also have receipts for my proof if needed.
