Description
Centennial Med Supply LLC, billed my Medicare for medical supplies, specifically a urinary catheter, once a month for 6 months. Totaling $13,500.00, Medicare paid $7,056.00. This is a fraud, I have reported to Medicare. They informed me that they have received several other calls with the same issue.
