I ordered a shirt for my granddaughters birthday on October 8th and they gave me a USPS tracking number and I never received it because usps said they never shipped it. Even the dirty south website says still processing. They refunded in store credit only, minus the delivery fee. It’s fraudulent because it was never shipped and I want a refund, not store credit
