While browsing Facebook Marketplace, I saw an ad for a large "Mystery Box." The picture in the ad was a large box in front of an Amazon Warehouse. I thought I was actually buying from Amazon. I did not do my due diligence. The "boxes" were delivered today (although I did try to cancel once I realized it was not Amazon and was told through an email that the items had already been shipped and I could not cancel). The package was about the size of a book with two little boxes inside. One had a cheap pair of ear buds and the other a cheap watch. This sort of thing should be looked at as criminal. It is out and out theft. It's very disappointing that FaceBook would allow these kinds of scams on their platform.
