I shopped for Soursop because I have cancer. This company was running a sale buy one, get one free. Saying 100% ORGANIC, made in America. There is no USA listing of this company being organic. It is made in China. It also upsold me by adding several bottles to my original order. Then it took 2 months to receive it. But before it ever shipped, I requested a refund & to cancel my order. He emailed me saying its not possible. I asked where to refuse the package or return it. No answer. No communication at all thereafter. In the meantime, he charged me for another shipment saying its on autoship & he could not stop it. I told him to immediately take me off autoship because I never signed up for it. He claims he did. All of this is done by email. No phone number. Return policy is a joke with no actual way to make a return. Website says its a store & online business, but nothing shows at this address.
