We found them as a Bosch oven service provider. They came out to our house, saw our oven, said they needed to purchase parts and charged us for a service fee to have someone come out. They also charged us two more times for this charge but did refund it when we communicated with them. Then they gave us a quote of ~900 to fix the oven, we waited weeks and they finally sent out another tech who ended up saying they needed another part and took the circuit board of our oven with him. We called for weeks afterwards and they would answer, say they’ll talk to the technician and call us back or put us on hold and then hang up the call. They never called back and then we did some dogging and realized it was a scam. They never returned the part from our oven.
