Description
This is deceptive digital marketing scheme scam in the weight loss industry. These ads lure in consumers with exaggerated claims, bait and switch tactics and predatory subscription models. The drops are not approved by the FDA and do not undergo any formal review for safety and effectiveness. It is sold as a dietary supplement, which is not regulated to the same standard as prescription medications. It caused physical harm.
