Description
They collect fees associated with passport renewal while being unable to send those fees to the State Department. In short, they pose as a passport renewal service but do not actually perform that service. They send you the forms to renew your passport but they will not send any of the monies they collect to actually renew your passport. Be aware: passport fees must be paid directly to the State Department via Check or Money Order. They will not answer your phone calls. Your emails will be ignored. Stay away from this scam!
