Scam information

This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.

Description

An ad came up on my Instagram account for Life Is Good company. They were having a huge discount for end of summer savings. I ordered 20 T-shirts for my mom and sister since they love Life is Good merchandise. After tracking the package, I realized it was sent from China, and Life is Good is an American based company. When my tracking said the package was delivered (and it absolutely had not been), I reached out to the scam company saying it was not delivered. They responded saying they wanted to make it right and gave me the option to have it re-shipped or get a refund. I choose to have it redelivered. They said they would expedite the shipping and that it would arrive in 10 days. It never arrived, and when I checked the tracking again, it said it was delivered with a date and time. This company is a complete SCAM. If something seems to good to be true (low priced T-shirts and hoodies), then it probably is.
