The person called and on my phone ID it had UnitedHealthcare listed and the phone number 763 334 4680. A woman who said her name was Kai (pronounced Kye) said she was from AARP UnitedHealthcare Medicare supplemental and asked to speak with my mother. I told her my mother was unable to speak on the telephone and that I was my mother's representative. The woman asked me to confirm my mother's full name and birthdate or her address. I confirmed her name and her birthdate, and I was about to confirm her entire address. She stated that she could not speak to me and quickly mentioned a phone number for me to call to confirm my status as my mother's representative. She immediately said goodbye and hung up.
