I made a purchase through Libertyfaithgear.com and bought a couple of what should have been tribute Charlie Kirk sweatshirts from their website. The "sweatshirts" werent even sweatshirts, they werent the proper sizing and the images on the shirt looked abstract and distorted and not at all what was listed on their website. When I reached out to customer service to ask for a return slip and a refund, they emailed me back and said that they would credit me $5US dollars and I could keep the products. They asked me if that was acceptable, and of course, its not because we cant even use the products that were sent. Per their Refund policy, we qualified for a refund, but the company 100% refused to issue a refund and they refused to give me the return address. When I pressed the subject they then offered me $10US dollars credit. Then they proceeded to tell me that sending the products back to them would cost me $20 to $30 to ship because their return address wasnt in the United States. To make a very long story short. Do not go through this company, they do not honor their customers or their own refund policy.
