Scam information

This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.

Description

I ordered 6 bottles of a product to help lost weight. The ad video showed Oprah Winfrey endorsing the product and a Dr talking about the ingredients. When I recieved the bottles the ingredients were not as stated, only Turmeric and Piper Nigrum. I paid $294. They offered a 60 day 100% return guarantee if not satisfied. After much run around, the customer service finally emailed me an address to return the unused bottles for a refund. When I went to mail the package, the Post Office said that address didn't exist and I should contact the BBB and my bank. I want to report this scam and get my money back. There are too many of these false companies being able to scam people without any enforcement against them. I want my money back!
