Description
Reliant home warranty contacted my mom for a service. The payments are coming out via Sparta. They took out 295 from her checking account with payment set up for 225 every month. I called and spoke with Mercedes at Reliant at 3:55 on 919 to cancel she kept telling me to call back in a week to cancel, but I told her I wanted to cancel that day. I called again today and they told me they would have to look into it and I told them if it the call was recorded to play it back. She said that Mercedes said that I said it was OK and that was not the case they've done this to the account before and we cx it.
