Description
Hector is the name the contractor goes by. Scammer states he works for Minnesota Heating and Cooling Company. He quoted me $150 to put anti Freeze in my home air unit. When he completed the job he refused to give me receipt for his work and tried to charge me more money of $425.00. He didn’t fix my air conditioning system and refused to give me my money back.
