Description
The initial scam was on Instagram and I double checked it on the internet for a website and there was one for Heather and Lily which said it was a Canadian business making Icelandic designed sweaters in Canada. This site is now is Nordberg selling sweaters in Germany. The sweaters I did receive were an absolute joke, looked nothing like the pictures and were made in China and 100% acrylic (the original website said it was wool). I have been in touch with them for a week now trying to get my money back and it's clear that they are using AI to respond and haven't refunded my money unless I send the items back--I will not do this because I do not trust that I will get my money back.
