Ordered a baseball hat online, received very cheap, bad quality imitation. Nothing about the ad was true. Site claims to be A+ Rated on BBB. Made in USA, embroidered, 100% premium twill cotton, metal buckle, free 4"decal, super fast delivery. 100% risk free purchase. If it arrives damaged or not as described, free replacement or refund. 1st they charged a $6 "tax" to my card, that wasn't on the order. The shipment tracking number was very suspect, but said it was coming from Ireland? (not Made in the USA?). Took over 2 weeks (not super fast shipping?) Arrived FLAT in a plastic bag. Permanently creased. Cheap screen printed logos (not embroidered?), uneven stitching, plastic strap in back (no metal buckle?), no Decal. When I complained, they offered a $3 refund. I said no, so they offered another hat. I said no, it would be just as bad as the 1st one. Then they said return shipping would be expensive. I said shipping in the USA shouldn't be that expensive, where is it going? They replied, sorry, they tried their best to resolve the issue. No more replies.
