Description

one night while looking through Facebook came across this advertisement on a wt. lose product that I thought was promoted by Oprah, also mentioned Kelly Clarkson. It was supposed to have been for the Pink Salt recipe. It sounded so good. After listening to all the promotion, I. ordered the initial 3 bottle order, DNLXMWBE it said only so many more bottles in stock and if order later I may have to wait longer for product to be processed, and weight lost may be interrupted and may need to start process over while waiting for product, so I ordered the next 6 bottles. Also order the gut freedom which was told to help wt lose process. Well, order arrived on time as communicated. Everything looked so legit. I tried the product and received a notice that I could receive a Prozenith coach to help with the weight loss which coach Johnnie called and i started process with coach to find out it would cost me hundreds to proceed. (not sure of the exact price!) I then told coach Johnnie that I was so sorry for taking his time, but I could not afford this and would try the product on my own. After trying for almost a month and losing 6 lbs. I proceeded to email on how to get my refund and also told them because of financial difficulties was asking for information on a refund. I was told a RMA# would be sent to apply onto outside of packaged when mailed back and to put inside of package which I put onto the paper i sent with each of the product Codes and how many bottles returned. I also emailed them with the tracking number that the post office gave me to track the package which they asked me to send them when i received it, which I did. Well, they received the package 8/16/2025. I started by emailing them notices to verify that they received my package, with no response. after numerous emails I finally got a response from customer support Laura who told me that they did receive my package 8/16/2025 and that it may take up 30 days to receive a refund back to my credit card. Laura also told me if I wanted, she would look into the fulfillment dept to further ask about my refund (which I should have let her) but told her berceuse of company policies I would wait my 30 days, BIG MISTAKE!! After numerous emails, which I have copies of all of them and calls to customer service who told me they were not the department to give me information on refund but would give my name and number to their supervisor who would look into this matter, I still had not gotten any closer to my refund. after almost 60 days of emails and a few calls, I receive an email that gave me a website to go to https://form.typeform.com/to/ol8cJ97g to further expedite my refund and also a link to the BBB which now I have gotten to this point of my refund which I see is part of a scam I have fallen into. So please be aware and now i know to at least ask google or whoever if product is a scam before I buy,
