"This is your warranty replacement notice advising you to contact our offices so you do not have a lapse in coverage..." The house is not under a warranty, nor is one lapsed. This is a scam letter that comes several times a year fearmongering about a lapse in coverage for equipment in a home that is not covered under a warranty other than what is purchased through the individual systems manufacturers. It is extremely misleading and targets a fair amount of elderly people.
