Description
I purchased a $1.00 Astrocartography Reading from an ad in FB and paid for it thru PayPal. I intuitively felt that something wasn't right and tried to back out of it, but the $1.00 charge went through and was charged to my credit card listed with PayPal. Since then this company has installed an app on my cellphone and charged me for a subscription to their company that I did not authorize and that I do not want. I am also being spammed by them with ads for psychics, etc. I am unable to remove my credit card from PayPal and also unable to close my PayPal account to prevent any more charges from them. I think they may have somehow gotten a way to sign into my PayPal account even without my authorization. I am unable to contact them through my computer which may be outdated and don't know how to go through my cellphone. I am a senior over 75 and need help to stop these unauthorized charges.
