Received a call from +1 (470) 610-2313 “This message is intended for ————This is Julie calling from the Cobb County processor office. I'm calling in regards to your court summons. That's filed under your case number 450-9134 CR. Please contact attorney Jennifer Miller (888) 340-0032 She will be able to provide additional details regarding your case…” Called said Jennifer Miller whom advised this was in regards to unpaid debt from 2007 with EZ Loans. Proceeded to share my social, address, a previous job worked 17 years ago, and also stated they knew my credit card lenders and the credit limits. If I didn’t settle for $2900 I would need to pay the full amount of $7,500. When asked for proof “Jennifer” became upset and said they would move forward with the lawsuit and my wages would be garnished for $15,000 since I was unresponsive to the letter sent 45 days ago with information regarding the lawsuit
