Description
Billed for urinary catethers which I never ordered or received through my Medicare Supplement plan. Monthly shipments for $459.00 from April 2025 through September 2025 for total of $2,295.00. I didn't pay the Medicare Summary Notice that I received indicating the charges and reported the scam to Medicare and my Medicare Supplement provider. Fortunately neither entity had paid the charges. My Medicare Summary Notice indicated that Carebridge Innovations was not eligible to receive Medicare payments. It also indicated that the claim had been sent to my Medigap insurer. They had received it but had not paid it when I contacted them on 10/10/2025.
