I received an email from this company, indicating a purchase had been made. I did not make that purchase and I still had possession of the debit card. I later learned that the company was able to access the information from my granddaughter having linked to a YouTube account. They used my digital wallet attached to YouTube to process a purchase neither myself nor my granddaughter made. This happened simply from clicking on the ads link. When I contacted the company, they refuse to return my money, they refuse to provide tracking information and they refuse to do anything about this incident. I have not received any item from them. It was sent to an address I haven’t lived at for some time. But I have checked with the people who are now at that address and they have not received a package.
