I responded to a targeted instagram ad for a seemingly New York based clothing company selling trendy dresses, sweaters, etc. I bought a number of items. I read and reread the return policy and it clearly stated you could return items for any reason within 30 days for a full refund less the return shipping costs. When I reached out to initiate a return as the products were poor quality and didn’t fit, they asked for pictures of the items. This struck me as odd since they have my order number and I responded to the confirmation and pointed out what items needed to be returned. When they responded they apologized for the items not fitting and offered a 10% refund and a courtesy of not requiring to return the items. I don’t want the items. I responded that was an unacceptable response and they offered a 20% refund. I again responded that was not acceptable and they then sent the return address of China. It will cost me over 100$ to send the package to china. Avoid this company - they have misrepresented their whereabouts and their return practices.
