Description

Individual labels herself as a shaman. Six days after our initial and only online meeting, the individual emailed me inquiring if the online meeting had actually happened. I reminded this so-called 'shaman' or 'mudang' that the meeting indeed had happened. I also reminded her of the contents of our session which included clear indications of additional services to be born out of our session along with the sending of numerous physical, spiritual items. After allowing more than one month to pass following these reminders, I reached out to the individual requesting an update. The individual responded by stating her belief that the session I booked was completed in full and her obligation for that service was fulfilled. Due to me stating that her lack of communication was unacceptable, she also stated in response that she 'did not find the approach of my request appropriate' and that 'the service I purchased was delivered and will not be taking on further work'. I have her admission of failure to recall our session happening in writing and I have a recording of our session where she clearly states, "I will send...". Also of critical note, this so-called shaman stated during our session and reiterated in emails that she needed to consult with her elder regarding the complexity of my case and that we would be in touch regarding next steps. I never heard anything about her consultation with her elder. It was nearly a two month time frame from our initial online meeting to her declaration that all of her work was complete.
