I ordered 1 flower arrangement, 1 balloon and 1 greeting card from Sunny Flower Delivery for delivery in Lawrence Kansas. However, it appears the order was processed by BlossomFlowersDelivery.com. BlossomFlowersDelivery delivered 10 balloons. They did not deliver the Flowers. When I called, they confirmed that the order was for flowers, 1 balloons and 1 greeting card. However, their system had a glitch and they invoiced me for 10 balloons and delivered 10 balloons. They said they recognize their is a glitch and would offer me a 50% discount. But I told them I did not want to pay for anything I did not order. I even proposed that we drive /drop the balloons back off and exchange for flowers. They informed me I cannot do that. They also would not let me speak to a manager. They said they would contact me back in a few days. I told them this was unacceptable and wanted a full refund. They told me they could not give me a full refund since they delivered the balloons. I told them I DID NOT order the balloons. I ordered Flowers. Their phone number they called me back from was illigitimate 773-995-3000 (fraud). So I'm not sure what number they were calling me from. Needless to say I did not get a refund. I spoke to a lady named Khrystal- she said they would refund me. However, I have not received a refund yet. This happened to me a year ago. I just forgot it was the same company. This online service needs to be taken down so this doesn't happen again.
