I ordered handwriting books for my kids from Tiny Thinkers. After 31 days the books did not arrive. However, I got a second charge from the company ($29.99). I contacted them immediately (within 24hrs) to let them know my order did arrive but I was mistakenly charged a second time. I was told that by purchasing the books I was enrolled in their monthly membership program. I have gone their their entire site and there is no mention of the monthly program nor anyway to opt in or out of it. I explained this and requested my money back for the books and the "membership." I was denied both. I started searching their business and it turns out this is what they have done to many other families as well. We will have to cancel cards to prevent them continuing to charge our account.
