Description
I placed an order with this “company” Jan. 13. Waited the initial processing time and even past that and sent an email, was told in the email that they were backlogged and my order would be sent out in 3-5 business days. Nothing. Sent another follow up email in April, got the same message. It’s now approaching 10 months since I placed my order and I have received nothing. The claim that they cannot provide refunds, exchanges or cancellations due to their items being “specially made” for each individual.
