Description

On Aug. 3, 2025 I watched a presentation online about the pink salt trick. After the whole presentation, it went to Prozenith who said this is the product that supports the pink salt trick.....their product for weight loss. I ordered 6 bottles. Finally it arrived and I started taking it for 13 days. No results just pressure in my chest between my breasts. On Sept. 3, 2025 I requested a full refund as I was not comfortable using this product any more. I filled out the requested refund form online 5 times before it would submit. Nothing had been acknowledged about the refund. I called both phone numbers I was given on an email reply from Laura in Customer Service to speak with customer service. No time was either number answered so I left a call back number in my message. I called at least 5 times. Still nothing. My emails have continued and each time a reply that the form needed to be filled out even though I said it had already been completed. I did the form one more time and it went though. Then additional questions were needed to explain about what I experienced when taking the product. . Immediately a popup appeared. It said SUCCESS! Your refund is approved and there's no need to return the product. This was on Sept. 17th,2025. I felt relief, but as of today, now October 6 there is no resolution on a refund. I check my credit card account daily to see if the refund has been completed and money refunded. So I looked up the company online and found many comments that is is a scam and not the product I believed I had purchased. I have attached the popup with this messsage. I have no idea what else to do. I really want other to be aware before they spend $315.68 on 6 useless bottles of Prozenith.
