Description

I ordered a back brace from this company and when it arrived, it was of poor quality and very uncomfortable to wear. I contacted them immediately to let them know that I was unhappy with the product they sent, and that I wished to return the order. They do not provide any kind of phone number to be able to speak to a representative. I have only been able to communicate via email, and my emails are not answered in a timely manner. I was told I need to send this order back to London England- this is an obvious ploy to dissuade returns as postage to England will be costly. The package was mailed from 182-30 150th Road, Jamaica, NY 11413. I am very happy to return this order to NY but I see this company has quite a few complaints lodged against them, and I am concerned if I go to the expense to mail it back to them, they will still claim that it was not returned or not in acceptable shape. I only tried it on once and it is in exactly the same shape I recieved it in.
