Description

This company illegally towed my vehicle and never contacted the county Sherriff's Department to report that they were towing it. They then hid my vehicle from me, refused to let me have access to my vehicle to retrieve my personal belongings (illegal), allowed a non-employee to access my vehicle (illegal), and held my vehicle for 3+ days until I paid them $800.00 in CASH ONLY. They refused to provide me an itemized statement for the tow service and storage fees. Upon arriving to retrieve my vehicle, they refused to provide me any paper documentation and I then started to video record my transaction the owner, Rob Lynch. I paid him $800.00 in cash and he refused to give me a receipt. I found my vehicle locked up in a one-stall car garage in what appeared to be a residential building. There was no business hour signage posted (which is required by law), and no business name signage posted. The business addressed filed with the state of Michigan is 3342 Flamingo Avenue, Wyoming, Michigan which is actually a residential home with an elderly female resident. This company was served small claims court papers and Rob Lynch was irate, drove at the process server at a high rate of speed and blocked the process server's vehicle in and got out and started yelling profanities and flipping off the server. The server had to contact the police. This is the most unprofessional "business" operating in Michigan. PLEASE BE AWARE!!
