This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I ordered a dress from OGLmove on my American Express card on 9/13. It arrived on or around 9/26. The item didn't fit me. There was no return information in the package. I contacted the business through their web site and got an automated reply that they would be in touch. I have not heard anything as of this writing and have tried to contact them again, with no reply. There is also no record of my order in my account on the site.
