Description
A postcard was sent to home with father-in-law's name to son and daughter's home residence (we have taken over their mail; he doesn't live with us). Had his name, our home address and asked to call 888-413-5452 to get the warranty renewed for uninterrupted service. No address, website or email for the company -- just a US Paid Postcard with a permit no of 1999 in St. Louis, MO. House of "business" listed. No cost mentioned. Meanwhile, our home has never had a warranty and it was purchased nearly 30 years ago and the mortgage is paid-in-full, so it is clearly a scam.
