I had an ad pop up several times while on Instagram from this company, saw it on TikTok too. I have purchased other items from different companies I found through social media and have had no issues. So after seeing this one several different times it looked legit so I decided to order. I didn’t even click the link directly from social media I looked up the name of the company and went to the website directly. I purchased a bra on 9/5/25 and 3 weeks later still hadn’t received the item. No response but a week later the item did show up. I tried it on and it didn’t fit right, so I sent an email to the customer service/support email address listed on the website, inquiring about a refund. They have a policy linked in the order confirmation email it even states they will issue a full refund minus shipping cost if returned within 30 days of customer receiving the item. It took 2 emails from me to them and two weeks before they did respond and gave me two options for return. Best they could offer was $8 refund and I can keep the item or I can return it and pay for the shipping myself. The return address they gave me is some country I’ve never even heard of so I can only imaging the cost and hassle of trying to returned one small lightweight item. The company address on the shipping label of the package I got says “Chino, CA”. The return address given to me in the email response I finally got was “Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province”. Buyer beware do NOT buy anything from a company named “Curvevera”. I will likely be reporting this to my credit card company. So far I have not seen any other charges to my card that I didn’t authorize. But just in case I will be reporting it.
