Description
My husband received a small highlighter pen in the mail delivered USPS ground that he did not order. There is no note, phone, email or company name. Just a return address that says "Shipping Department", 1055 Seasame St, Franklin Park, IL 60131. When googling this address it looks like there have been multiple complaints filed under this address and this company has an "F" rating from the BBB. Someone is possibly creating scam reviews and fraudulently using addresses of others' to do this. Can the State please shut down this business?!
