Description
This Fake place has billed Medicare 3 separate times in 2025 for fake charges for medical care I NEVER had done in the thousands of dollars apparently using my name and Medicare number which I have never given out ir provided. ALL FAKE CHARGES. I contacted Medicare who paid on these FAKE charges!!!
