Description
The scammer portrays as a US based company operating out of Tennessee. I purchased 3 items for Halloween, the site portrays shipping in 24 hours from their website. A week went by the money was debited from account already paying an ACH to a Chinese name. I did not receive a shipping update. I contacted their service department and received 1 response to be patient. I attempted to contact them 2 additional times via that was ignored. The last email i asked for a refund and was ignored. I had to contact my bank to dispute the charges.
