Description

Social media post claimed to be a company wanting dog owners to try out new products and has you answer a few questions. I answered the questions and was signed up right away. Initial item from the company to support them is a 3-pack sticker combo which then turns into multiple products, all on "discount" and from "last month's inventory." After a few clicks it had me ordering 1 sweatshirt, 1 T-shirt, a 3-pack "DOGmama" vinyl stickers, and a "Viral Pup Star Bump" ending up to be just over $50. The next morning I tried finding the social media account but was unable to find any social media post or account with the same logo . I replied to the initial order confirmation email saying to cancel my order. I then called because I received an email saying that my email was undeliverable because it was not a valid email address. The lady I spoke with said they had processed the order already, gave me a USPS tracking number, and said to call back when I received the products and I could start the return process. I received the products (not good quality or the color advertised) and called the number, a lady answered, I gave her my name, she typed away on a keyboard that I could hear and then told me the computer was loading and finding my account, thanked me for my patience, and then about 30 seconds later hung up on me. I called back and it rang and rang for 8 minutes with no answer, just call waiting music and "all other representatives are busy helping customers, we will be with you shortly" repeating every couple minutes. Am unable to contact them by phone or email. I just found out that a $17.99 charge was made on my account so had to call fraud and now need to get a new card.
