Description
I was directed to a website for a free astrological birth chart. An email was sent to indicate my chart was ready. I did not open the link for my chart. I then noticed a charge on my debit card for $29.90 but I did not subscribe for anything from Nebula. I tried to unsubscribe from Nebula but their Support Team consisted of an AI Assistant named Celeste that kept looping to the same question about my unsubscribing request. My bank blocked the transaction which has caused an inconvenience. Nebula used the following address: Spiritual Nebula Limited, 62 Athalassas Avenue Mezzanine Floor, Strovolos 2012 Nicosia,Cyprus.
