I saw an advertisement by kitcstore.com for a car phone holder that professed that the product was sturdy enough for a Samsung Note phone, however, the product arrived broken. I attempted to e-mail them about it on the first day and see about a return/refund (they say it has to be within the first seven days of receiving the product) but their support e-mail is suspicious: one day it was [email protected] and the next day (today) it was [email protected] - neither sounds very connected to their website. So it seems highly likely it is a scam and they are trying to keep their money. The attachment is a picture of the product.
