I am a primary care nurse practitioner. A patient stated this business called him on my behalf claiming I wanted to complete genetic testing (37 genes) to determine that he is on the correct medications for his atrial fibrillation, and they were the company to do this. I have never heard of or spoken to Bio Genetics Laboratory, and the patient received the unsolicited call and believed it was real. He spoke to them and allowed them to contact me to mail me a sign that these tests are required for treatment and to bill Medicare for these tests. I did not sign it, and discussed this is a scam with the patient.
