I purchased Batana oil directly from the website www.azureboutique.com for Batana oil ($35.99)and Batana oil shampoo and conditioner set ($19.98) for a total of $64.98, on 9/08/2025 and to date 2 Oct 2025 I still have not received my product, I have sent several emails to the contact support email , only to be told that my items have not shipped yet. How is it I purchase and item almost 4 weeks and the item has not shipped. I have repeatedly asked for a refund and I am being told not since part of my order was partially filled : meaning a free Hair guide that was free of charged is counted as being partially filled. I have since disputed the charges on my Amex card, awaiting the investigation in order to receive my refund due to fraud. I would hope you investigate this matter to the fullest, after doing my own investigation online I have come across so reviews that this company was selling fake product and also scamming customers out of money also.
