Description
I received a letter in the mail from a purported law firm looking for relations to a "late" client who left behind a payable on death savings account that the letter's author wanted to share the proceeds with me as I had a similar last name to the decedent and could be recognized as a beneficiary. The letter's author a supposed attorney proposed that 10% of the proceeds be donated to various charities and that he and I split the remainder of the proceeds 50/50. The author of the letter is Brian Baker "Principal Solicitor".
